About The Position

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced, collaborative leader to guide product strategy and new product development for its Endoscopy Imaging portfolio. The role combines customer insight, business strategy, product marketing, and research and development in a complex, highly regulated environment. The leader will identify unmet clinical needs, shape long-range product and technology strategies, and advance solutions from early exploration through development and commercialization. Close partnership with engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, finance, business development, regional marketing, and commercial teams is central to translating strategic opportunities into executable product plans. The position leads portfolio strategy and planning for single-use imaging technologies, evaluates internal and external development pathways, and guides products across their development and commercial lifecycles. It connects customer and market insights with product requirements, value propositions, investment decisions, launch planning, and sustained adoption. The role also contributes to financial and resource planning, builds alignment across global functions and regions, and represents the portfolio in leadership and investment discussions. The manager leads, coaches, and develops a team of product, business, or technical professionals; establishes team priorities and accountability; supports succession and capability planning; and fosters an inclusive culture of customer focus, innovation, collaboration, and disciplined execution. The role follows a hybrid work model, with employees required to work in the local office at least three days per week. Travel may be needed to collaborate with global teams, customers, and external partners. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.
