About The Position

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design or a related field.
• Ability to elevate design quality and influence strategy effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing systems-level thinking and design leadership.
• Strong strategic design perspective with customer understanding and business impact.
• Expert-level knowledge of design principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Proven track record of autonomy and driving alignment across teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail in design craft and execution.
• Natural inclination toward mentorship and influence across functions.
• Curiosity and drive to learn from users and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the design vision and strategy for the product design team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and level-up designers through feedback and guidance.
• Drive product strategy by collaborating with PMs and engineering leads.
• Define and evolve the interaction patterns and design systems.
• Facilitate discovery processes to translate ambiguous spaces into clear product directions.
• Advocate for design thinking and customer-first mindset across the organization.
• Analyze design metrics to improve design outcomes continuously.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and executives.
• Explore new ideas and emerging patterns to enhance user experiences.
• Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to achieve design objectives.
