Requirements

  • 8+ years of software product management experience.
  • 2-3+ years of team management experience.
  • Experience leading offshore development teams.
  • Experience building products with Generative AI.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience writing functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on understanding needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to research, design, develop, and launch new software products.
  • Create clear documentation for product features, including use cases and functional specifications.
  • Develop tech-driven and automated business processes that enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Prioritize product development in alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Software Product Managers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Serve as a key communication point among technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for products, utilizing data to guide enhancements.
  • Engage with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch, mitigating risks.
