About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Group Leader to join their team. This role serves as the front-line supervisor for the critical process cleaning team within a manufacturing plant. The Group Leader is responsible for managing safety, quality, and delivery of task work, working alongside the team to improve processes, and delivering timely solutions for both the team and clients. MacLellan emphasizes a culture of trust, integrity, responsibility, community, and excellence, encouraging open communication and accountability.

Requirements

At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision, or food service/restaurant supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent team builder and visionary leader.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

Nice To Haves

Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision experience.
