About The Position

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Group Leader for their Before & After School program in Hillsboro, OR. This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with no weekends required. The role is ideal for individuals with experience in teaching or classroom leadership, youth programs, and staff supervision or team leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by OR childcare licensing regulations
• Proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing regulations

Nice To Haves

• Preferably 18+ years old
• 240+ documented hours of experience working with children is preferred
