About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Group Leader to join their team. This role is the front-line supervisor for the critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. The Group Leader will manage safety, quality, and delivery of task work, working alongside the team to identify improvements. The ideal candidate is authentic, a skilled communicator, and focused on delivering the best results by embracing the team and providing timely solutions.

Requirements

At least (1) one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.

Nice To Haves

Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.
