About The Position

The Manufacturing Group Leader oversees daily production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. The role leads approximately 10–25 hourly employees, with responsibility for teams of up to 30 during a production launch. The leader balances employee development, operational efficiency, and production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. The position is hands-on on the production floor and also includes administrative and reporting responsibilities. This is a 48-week contract assignment with potential for extension and possible consideration for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. It is fully onsite, with no remote work or travel requirements. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, but the role requires flexibility to work any shift and currently includes weekend work during the production launch. Approximately 10 hours of overtime per week are anticipated, along with arriving about 30 minutes before the scheduled shift and staying about 30 minutes afterward. Additional coverage may be needed for employee absences or scheduled time off, and planned facility shutdowns may affect work schedules. The anticipated start date is November 2, 2026; two positions are open.
