Locations: Kent Island Elementary School AM shift 6am-9am pm shift 3pm-6pm Pay & Benefits: $15.00/hour Part-time benefits Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents Fun and friendships come with the paycheck Must be able to work all delayed openings and early dismissal days, As an AlphaBEST Assistant Guide, you'll be trained to do the following: Assist AlphaBEST Guides as they lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Have fun! Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
