This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Group Leader Float supports the Site Director by leading activities with program participants. This position requires the person to be available 30-34 hours per week to work in various School Age Child Care sites to fill in for temporary vacancies due to staff absence.
