About The Position

Silver Spring Foods is seeking a Group Lead to take a key leadership role in their fast-growing production operations. This role is responsible for quality optimization, ensuring a well-informed team that communicates and works together to meet production demands. The Group Lead collaborates with other team members to ensure customers receive products when needed. This position involves developing effective teams, sharing production expertise, and identifying and solving operational issues to drive improvements.

Requirements
