About The Position

Early Learning Academies (ELA) is seeking a full-time School Age Driver/Group Lead Teacher who is passionate about working with children and meets the qualifications. This role is essential in providing safe transportation and engaging educational experiences for school-age children. The position requires a split shift schedule, with responsibilities before and after school during the academic year, as well as full days during school breaks and summer sessions.

Requirements

• At least 23 years old.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it).
• Experience teaching young children.
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth.
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing safe transportation for school-age children.
• Providing engaging educational experiences for school-age children.
• Working split shifts before and after school during the academic year.
• Working full days during school breaks and summer sessions.
