About The Position

ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, and more energy‑efficient microchips. Cymer Light Source (CLS), part of ASML, designs, develops, integrates, and supports deep ultraviolet (DUV) laser light sources that are critical subsystems of ASML lithography systems. CLS operates in close collaboration with ASML Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, and global customer support organizations to deliver reliable, high‑performance light source solutions that meet demanding product, factory, and customer requirements. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands, and we have major engineering and manufacturing locations in the United States, including San Diego, California.
