About The Position
Comfortable home setting and time to build resident relationships. Able to work 1 on 1 or with small groups of individuals. Work independently but with plenty of support. Play vital role in connecting people to their community. Starting wage is $16.00/hr. As Group Home Support, you will spend time going on community outings, helping with household duties, and being a positive role model to guide individuals in their day to day tasks.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required
- Will need to have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Assists individuals to plan prepare, and serve meals within their homes
- Helps individuals with personal care and other skills
- Assists in planning and participating in recreational activities
- Responsible for safe transportation of residents
