About The Position

Chrysalis is seeking to hire part-time Group-Home Staff. This entry-level position supports individuals with developmental disabilities to lead self-directed, meaningful lives. Swing shifts, weekends, and graveyard shifts are available. This role offers a competitive wage of $15/hr and excellent benefits for full-time employees, including health insurance, flexibility, and a rewarding experience. As a Group-Home Staff, you will support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Your support is needed in many areas of daily living including participating in fun activities, budgeting, meal preparation, helping individuals try new things, shopping, and mentoring individuals to learn new skills.

Requirements

No experience needed.
Capable of communicating well in English both verbal and written form.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're willing to train you.

Responsibilities
