About The Position
Chrysalis is seeking to hire full-time or part-time Group-Home Staff. This role involves supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to lead self-directed, meaningful lives. As an entry-level Group-Home Staff, you will support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible, assisting them in many areas of daily living.
Requirements
- No experience needed.
- Capable of communicating well in English both verbal and written form
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
