Responsibilities

  • Providing afterhours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation
  • Must be flexible and able to provide coverage at homes in the event of call outs
  • Monthly grocery shopping & Meal Planning
  • Kitchen Duties
  • Disaster Drills
  • Ensuring the home is in compliance with state standards at all time
  • Client oversight
  • Provide emotional and physical care for adults in home
  • Assist with ADLs, tracking goals, and community outings
  • Supervising and training household staff
  • Medication management, grocery shopping/meal/preparing budget
  • On-call and/or available to work open shifts as needed
  • Adheres to assigned schedules and reports to duty for the hours assigned and implements planned schedules and activities
  • Supports in activities and companionship services for daily living, such as cooking, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and other related housekeeping
  • Accompanies and transports to participate in visits for recreation, medical, evidential care appointments, therapies, personal shopping and other community activities
  • Implement ISP goals
  • Assists in creating a physical environment that lends to progress including housecleaning and laundry
  • Other duties as assigned
