About The Position

The Group Home Director will supervise staff and ensure the highest level of service is provided to residents in a developmental disability group home. This role involves overseeing all house responsibilities, including care, budgeting, and supply shopping. The Director will also train and mentor new hires and act with integrity. The organization has a forty-year history of serving individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury, and autism in the community.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience working within a developmental disability setting
  • Positive mentor
  • Ability to build a solid team of dedicated employees
  • Solid computing skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
  • Ability to work Tue-Sat, or a Sun-Fri 10am -6pm
