About The Position

F45 is seeking energetic, high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and execute workouts at its studio. The role suits someone with a growth mindset who is positive, professional, enjoys personal connections, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Trainers coach and motivate members, support member satisfaction and studio growth, and may have the opportunity to progress into a leadership role. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and the franchisee makes all hiring decisions.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a personal fitness trainer.
• Group training experience, or the ability to demonstrate strong group-training capability.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Strong character, care, and communication skills; energetic and attentive.
• Understanding of functional movement, HIIT, heart-rate-focused training programs, and the science behind F45 workouts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, including comfort with public speaking.
• Knowledge and use of social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to remain on one's feet and move constantly while leading and instructing members throughout the workout.
• Current nationally accredited fitness certification; examples listed include NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, and AFAA.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, which must be maintained.
• Group training certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate studio members through predetermined workouts.
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members.
• Correct exercise form to help prevent injuries.
• Promote and sell F45 services in the studio and assist with membership growth and retention.
• Perform light service desk responsibilities.
• Demonstrate each workout exercise with proper form.
• Provide regressions and progressions for exercises.
• Set up, break down, clean, and store studio equipment before and/or after classes.
