About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor for a new gym opening. EōS Fitness is a bold, upbeat, and motivating company with a core purpose to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and "wowing" members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout where everyone feels successful. This role requires answering participant questions and concerns, soliciting feedback, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and promoting the gym and its classes. Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
Valid CPR/AED Certification.

Responsibilities

Engage and "wow" members in every class.
Create a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout.
Ensure everyone feels successful in the class.
Answer questions and concerns of participants.
Solicit feedback about the class.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members.
Promote the gym and Group Fitness classes.
Ensure Group Fitness Studio cleanliness.
Provide customer service.
Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety.
Participate in Continuing Education.
Maintain timeliness in class schedule starting and ending times.
Ensure member satisfaction.
Manage class size.
Ensure safety and report incidents/injuries.
