About The Position
Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Wellness Instructor to join our supportive team. As a Wellness Instructor, you will assist the Activities Director, give input to the monthly activities calendar, conduct and deliver optimal programming for the residents, and market our program/activities. The EnerG by Aegis program focuses on the seven dimensions of wellness, offering an individualized, results-driven approach to enhance health and happiness.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Exercise science background
- Personal training background
- Group fitness instructor experience (especially in aquatics)
- Background in activity delivery with senior populations
Responsibilities
- Assist Activities Director
- Give input to monthly activities calendar
- Conduct and deliver optimal programming for the residents
- Market our program/activities
