About The Position
Klasik Fit is seeking energetic, bubbly, and excited personal trainers to join their team. Klasik Fit differentiates itself from big-box gyms by focusing on helping clients feel confident, strong, and energized, rather than just on weight or size. They offer customized client solutions including goal setting, workout plans, behavior coaching, and nutrition tips. Klasik Fit is the nation's largest in-home, virtual, and remote personal training service, meeting clients in various locations or online. The company handles client acquisition through their sales team, allowing trainers to focus on training and program creation.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Group Fitness Certification (Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Cycle, etc)
- Advocate for client success
- Willing to Travel within 5-10 miles of your home
- Hold an active CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Investing in clients’ goals and becoming a true mentor and friend.
- Creating and managing personalized training programs that help clients progress.
- Using tracking tools to monitor clients’ goals.
- Building strong connections and rapport with clients.
