Torch Fitness, a division of Valet Living, is looking for an enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to SUB engaging, high-energy 45-minute fitness classes in Bentonville, AR! This is your opportunity to share your passion for wellness in a premium community environment, where you'll inspire residents to move, sweat, and feel their best. Class Details: Location: Bentonville, AR Address: 72712 Class Type: Group Fitness (HIIT, Strength Training, Total Body Toning, etc) Class Size: Intimate sessions with 3-5+ motivated residents-perfect for building community and connection.

Requirements

• Experienced in leading group fitness classes
• CPR and AED certified (required)

Nice To Haves

• Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)
• Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Group Fitness workouts
• Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
• Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
• Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
