Requirements

Experienced in leading group fitness classes (Zumba or Dance Fitness)
CPR and AED certified (required)
Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance

Nice To Haves

Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun Zumba or Dance Fitness Workouts
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
