Group Fitness Instructor
About The Position
EōS Fitness is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor who is bold, upbeat, and motivating. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and "wowing" members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout where everyone feels successful. This role involves answering participant questions and concerns, soliciting feedback, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and promoting the gym and Group Fitness classes. - Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
- Valid CPR/AED Certification.
Responsibilities
- Engage and "wow" members in every class.
- Create a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout.
- Ensure everyone feels successful in class.
- Answer questions and concerns of participants.
- Solicit feedback about the class.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members.
- Promote the gym and Group Fitness classes.
- Maintain Group Fitness Studio cleanliness.
- Provide customer service.
- Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety.
- Engage in Continuing Education.
- Ensure timeliness in class schedule starting and ending times.
- Ensure member satisfaction.
- Manage class size.
- Ensure safety and report incidents/injuries.
