About The Position

EōS Fitness is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor who is bold, upbeat, and motivating. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging and 'wowing' members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun, results-focused group workout where everyone feels successful. This role involves answering participant questions and concerns, soliciting feedback, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and promoting the gym and its group fitness classes. The company aims to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

• Must have a Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
• Must have a valid CPR/AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage and 'wow' members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results focused group workout where everyone feels successful.
• Answer questions and concerns of participants.
• Solicit feedback about the class.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members.
• Promote the gym and Group Fitness classes.
• Maintain Group Fitness Studio cleanliness.
• Provide customer service.
• Assist with building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Participate in Continuing Education.
• Ensure timeliness in class schedule starting and ending times.
• Ensure member satisfaction.
• Manage class size.
• Ensure safety and report incidents/injuries.
