About The Position

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate Group Fitness/HIIT Instructors to lead members through pre-arranged exercise formats designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance. The role involves ensuring member safety and serving as a resource for fitness education. Requirements

CPR Certified
Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred
Ability to lift light weights, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking.

Responsibilities

Lead members in a group environment through pre-arranged exercise formats.
Design and lead exercises to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance.
Ensure the safety of members during group fitness sessions.
Serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness.
Willingness to learn and teach multiple fitness formats including HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, and Pilates.
