About The Position

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate Group Fitness/HIIT Instructors to join their team. This role offers a tremendous opportunity for growth and career advancement within a rapidly expanding fitness company. The Group Fitness Instructor will lead members in group exercise formats designed to enhance fitness, strength, and endurance, while prioritizing safety and serving as a resource for fitness education. Requirements

CPR Certified
Ability to lift light weights, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking.
Experience in HIIT based classes, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, and Pilates is needed.
Willingness to learn multiple formats.

Nice To Haves

Experienced instructor preferred.
Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead members in a group environment through pre-arranged exercise formats.
Design exercises to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance.
Ensure the safety of members during classes.
Serve as a resource to educate members on various aspects of fitness.
Teach multiple formats including HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, and Pilates.
