You’ll split your time between bringing high energy to the studio floor and managing key administrative and team development responsibilities.

Requirements

Proven boutique fitness coaching experience (F45 experience is a major bonus!).
Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, or equivalent).
Current CPR/AED certification.
High-energy public speaker, strong functional training/HIIT background, and comfortable with social media content creation preferred.

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership or senior coaching experience preferred—you love helping other trainers succeed.

Responsibilities

Coach high-energy classes (20 hours/week) setting the benchmark for form correction, injury prevention, and member motivation.
Mentor, onboard, and audit our coaching staff to keep our coaching standards world-class.
Create engaging social media content, host community activations, and collaborate with sales to convert and retain members.
Oversee trainer scheduling, maintain pristine studio presentation, handle light admin tasks, and keep equipment running smoothly.
