Group Fitness Dance Instructor

About The Position

We’re looking for a high-energy, charismatic Dance Fitness Instructor who knows how to turn a workout into a PARTY. This is not Zumba. We’re looking for a fresh, high-energy dance format that blends cardio, easy-to-follow choreography, current music, and a little hip-hop flavor into one seriously fun workout. Think less “exercise class” and more dance floor energy. The right instructor knows how to command a room, connect with members, crank up the energy, and make people forget they’re even working out. The Vibe We want ENERGY. Dance. Sweat. Music. Personality. Fun. Members should leave class sweaty, smiling, and already talking about coming back for the next one. You don't need to create complicated choreography to impress the room. You need to create an experience that makes the room want to DANCE. If you can bring the music, movement, personality, and party atmosphere, we want to meet you.
