About The Position

Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness is hiring athletic individuals to teach group exercise classes. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, committed to fitness, and able to lead classes while ensuring participant safety and enjoyment. This role involves arriving early to greet participants, answer questions, and address concerns. MOSSA and Les Mills instructors are encouraged to apply. This is a part-time position with a varied and flexible schedule, with potential for subbing opportunities. Healthtrax, established in 1979, operates 17 centers across 5 states and prioritizes cleanliness, sanitization, and safety mandates to support members in building their immune systems and overall fitness. Requirements

• Athletic build.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to fitness.
• Ability to learn and follow choreography.
• Ability to keep time to music.
• Ability to inspire participants.
• Ability to closely monitor safety and exertion levels of all participants.
• Related dance or group exercise class experience (if not yet certified).

Nice To Haves

• MOSSA instructor certification.
• Les Mills instructor certification.

Responsibilities
