About The Position

The Group Facilitator plays a pivotal role in guiding and managing group interactions to achieve productive and collaborative outcomes. The facilitator ensures that all voices are heard, conflicts are managed constructively, and group objectives are met efficiently. Requirements

  • Proven experience in group facilitation, training, or a similar role involving leadership of group interactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
  • Ability to manage conflict and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in facilitation, mediation, or conflict resolution.
  • Experience working with diverse populations including different cultural, socioeconomic, and age groups.
