About The Position

The Group Exercise Manager is responsible for scheduling live and virtual group exercise programming in assigned Club locations. This role involves managing payroll, ensuring knowledge of all Les Mills programs, and being certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format. The manager will also guide instructors through the certification process, promote classes and launches through various channels, conduct yearly evaluations, and coordinate launch practices. Additionally, they will create monthly schedules, maintain fitness room cleanliness, adhere to instructor policies, monitor class attendance and enforce the 'no drama rule', and manage all group exercise equipment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of all Les Mills programs.
  • Certified and experienced in teaching at least one Les Mills format.
  • Ability to guide an instructor through the certification process.
  • Working knowledge of all group X equipment (including stereo, microphone, virtual).
  • Positive attitude and CLUB4 Fitness pride.
  • No negative (or questionable) social media posts or pictures in a CLUB4 Fitness facility.
  • No inappropriate attire or verbiage.
  • Must sign non-complete contract.
  • Must work specifically designated hours weekly/monthly in the Club facility that does not include teaching classes.
  • Work times must vary throughout the day.

  • Experience in class and launch promotion (social media, flyers, & interaction with the members).
