Requirements

Solid foundation in physical fitness, exercise science, and various exercise techniques.
Strong group leadership skills are essential for guiding participants through engaging and effective workouts.
Experience in the specific fitness program you'll be teaching is a must.
Having a current certification or being open to training to obtain one is crucial.
