About the role The Hallett Center, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking an enthusiastic Part‑Time Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging fitness classes for the Crosby community. This is a great opportunity to motivate participants, build connections, and make a meaningful impact—site is located about 20 minutes from Brainerd.

Requirements

Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other HealthFitness approved Spin/cycling instructor certification.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Nice To Haves

2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Teach one 60‑minute evening class per week between 5:00–7:00 p.m.
Serve as a substitute and pick up extra classes as needed.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as Spin, dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
