About The Position

Exos is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging, effective classes for participants of varying fitness levels and abilities. The instructor will promote safe, enjoyable workouts and a positive, inclusive environment while helping participants work toward their fitness goals. The role requires at least one year of experience leading group exercise classes, a current nationally accredited group exercise certification, and current CPR/AED certification. Instructors teaching licensed or branded formats must also hold the training and license required for those formats.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification, such as AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Instructors teaching licensed or branded formats, such as Zumba or Yoga, must be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire people in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Nice To Haves

• Current First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
