About The Position
In search of a part-time Group Exercise Instructor who can teach a yoga class at the North Canton Community Building YMCA on Wednesday mornings. The starting rate is $11.00 - $16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency
Nice To Haves
- CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide
- Able to teach multiple formats
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm
- Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants
- Serve as a good role model
- Communicate with team members
- Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
