About The Position

Part-time Group Exercise Instructor needed to teach a bootcamp class at the North Canton Community Building YMCA. This role involves teaching classes Monday through Friday with various class times between 5:30 AM and 10 AM. The starting rate for this position is $11.00 - $16.00.

Requirements

• Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency

Nice To Haves

• CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide
• Able to teach multiple formats, preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm
• Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants
• Serve as a good role model
• Communicate with team members
• Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
