We are looking for a Group Engineering Manager to lead a portfolio of core data and analytics services that drive positive customer experiences and product growth across Microsoft 365. In this role, you will own Experimentation, Attribution Service, and our Growth Analytics programs, defining their long-term strategy and leading the systems that power customer experience measurement and data-driven growth across Microsoft. This role combines platform ownership with insight generation, ensuring product teams and leaders have trusted data and metrics to make informed decisions that improve customer outcomes and drive business impact. This is a highly visible, partner-facing role that requires technical proficiency and experience driving alignment and outcomes at scale.
