We empower brands by driving seamless execution, transformative solutions, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Through a culture of invention, our teams turn ideas into impact—creating innovative, memorable experiences for clients and their audiences. Program Management is the engine that drives projects and programs forward at Code and Theory. As the cornerstone of our teams, PMs are the glue that binds cross-functional talents, orchestrating every project’s successful delivery. • Develop and enable PM leadership and teams, mentoring managers, leading training initiatives, and ensuring performance and growth plans support scalable operations
  • Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and learning, strengthening morale while driving adoption of new workflows and operational practices
