The Director will lead the Transition Management Office (TMO) for Solstice Advance Materials during the critical post-spin integration phase. This role will oversee governance, drive execution across key pillars, and ensure business continuity while enabling transformation. In addition to operational oversight, the Director will own financial governance for these transition projects, ensuring accurate budget tracking and variance analysis, and will provide regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to the CFO. The Director will partner with senior leadership and internal teams to manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver a smooth transition.
