This is a critical new leadership position responsible for the global support infrastructure, data governance, and processes that enable advertisers, agencies, and tech partners to achieve their business goals. You will also support sales, account strategy, insights & optimization, and marketing teams to hit aggressive growth targets. You will lead a high performing US-based team and a robust international team in India, Central & South America, and China ensuring 24/7 customer success and technical support. You will value operational excellence and drive seamless cross-regional collaboration with a customer-first approach. You and your team will work cross-functionally with senior leaders from Product, Global Tech, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to scale the business, guarantee seamless campaign delivery, and focus on service quality through smart technology, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will standardize and scale processes, tools, and systems; drive a process improvement mindset to reduce waste; defend revenue by proactively ensuring operational rigor; and leverage AI to automate workflows.
