The Group Director of Experience Strategy is an expert in omnichannel and personalized experiences, leading internal and external workstreams across individual brands and portfolios. As the day-to-day leads on their brands, Group Directors play a key role in relationship building and are self-aware, exceptional presenters and storytellers. This role is rooted in collaboration and adaptability across varied stakeholders, ensuring customer experiences meet business goals, user needs, and offer clients an innovative edge. The role involves leading the execution of core and advanced Experience Strategy deliverables, understanding end-user needs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, determining omnichannel maturity, analyzing data for insights, supporting growth initiatives, and collaborating on new deliverables.
