As a Group Director, Client Partner, you will own senior client relationships and business outcomes across a defined, verticalized client portfolio, designing multi‑year growth strategies and leading client touchpoints that move decisions to action. You’ll translate platform, competitive, industry, and Bliss Point insights into executive‑ready choices, orchestrate cross‑channel strategy with clear measurement, and set the standards and rhythms your leaders use day‑to‑day. You’ll nurture resilient C‑level relationships, reduce churn risk through formal account reviews and playbooks, and serve as a key leader in high-value business development efforts. You’ll develop leaders, institutionalize product‑first and measurement‑led practices, and partner with a centralized Operations & Finance group to achieve delivery quality and financial discipline—so you can stay focused on client success and growth. Level and scope alignment Level: Group Director (People Manager). Directs one or more functional areas through Directors/Senior Managers/Managers; sets 1–3‑year strategies that drive innovation, productivity, and growth; accountable for portfolio relationship health and outcomes; partners with centralized Ops/Finance for operational execution and financial stewardship. Reporting line: Typically to a VP (E1) or above; partners with Senior Client Leadership, Channel Teams, Analytics/Econometrics, Shared Services, Ops, Strategic Planning, Finance, Product/Bliss Point, and People. Team: Leads multi‑disciplinary client teams; accountable for client growth, risk reduction, and leadership quality across a defined book of business.
