About The Position

Accelevation is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of materials from receipt through shipment while developing employees, supporting production schedules, and driving continuous improvement across multiple shifts.

Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations
Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems

Nice To Haves

Forklift, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management experience preferred
Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Production System experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Material Handling teams
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Manage inbound receiving, inventory transactions, material storage, and outbound shipments
Coordinate transportation, freight carriers, intercompany transfers, and customer deliveries
Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle count and material control initiatives
Lead staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development
Develop and maintain training matrices and cross-training programs
Resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Establish and track department KPIs and ensure achievement of operational goals
