About The Position

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Littleton, Colorado. In this role, you'll lead engaging and safe group fitness classes that inspire participants of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals. You'll create a positive, inclusive environment, deliver high-quality instruction, and help foster a supportive fitness community that keeps members motivated and coming back. This is an on-call position that provides class coverage on an as-needed basis when regularly scheduled instructors are unavailable, offering a flexible opportunity to share your passion for fitness while gaining experience in a corporate wellness setting.

Requirements

Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Nice To Haves

2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
