Requirements

Strong organizational skills, with strict attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to learn processes and technology quickly
Flexible team player who is customer service oriented

Responsibilities

Open, sort, and manage incoming or returned mail
Print, sort, and manage outgoing mail
Categorize incoming claims or inquiries accurately and within established turnaround times
Update basic information in claim systems
Prepare reports or claim packages for various clients (internal and external) as required
Maintain spreadsheets for tracking processed work, and other reporting purposes
Photocopying and other administrative tasks
Other duties as required
