About The Position

Real Chemistry is seeking a Group Art Supervisor to join 21GRAMS, its healthcare advertising agency. The role serves as a brand steward and category champion, requiring a deep understanding of brands, their benefits, and their differentiation. Working with copy partners and reporting to a Creative Director, the Group Art Supervisor owns day-to-day design responsibilities for healthcare and pharmaceutical healthcare-professional (HCP) accounts. The role calls for strategic thinking, creative ideation, and execution across a range of media. The position is hybrid at a U.S. office in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco, or may be remote within the U.S., depending on team and business needs. The company’s workplace approach generally requires employees within a one-hour commute of an office to attend in person two days per week; employees without a nearby office may work remotely and attend occasional company gatherings. Specific expectations may vary by role and location and will be discussed during the hiring process.
