About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry. We are looking for a Groundsperson at Beachwoods Resort. This outstanding resort is a hidden gem and a year-round destination in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. As landscaping/groundsperson you will be responsible for the caring for and maintaining of the resort grounds including basic landscape and general cleanliness, to ensure an attractive, clean appearance of the resort.

Requirements

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred OR willingness to obtain certification within a defined timeframe (training sponsored by employer)
• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred
• Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights up to 40 feet
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
• Maintain property grounds, including landscaping, irrigation checks, and overall cleanliness.
• Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness.
• Perform routine and special general labor assignments as directed.
• Support pool and aquatic area maintenance, including monitoring cleanliness, safety, and basic upkeep.
• Assist with pool chemical checks and documentation (training provided if needed).
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards across outdoor and pool areas.
• May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
