Groundman / Operator
About The Position
Dalkia Energy Solutions is looking for an Groundsman to support our Operations team in San Antonio Texas. Dalkia is a global leader in low-carbon energy services and energy efficiency solutions, backed by one of the world’s largest energy companies: EDF Group. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (good driving record)
- Ability to help perform maintenance of street lighting and or installation of solar street lights
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical hand tools (such as; wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and read electrical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Team player work ethic
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to read/write English
- Able to use dedicated software programs to record work orders
Nice To Haves
- CDL preferred but not required
- Bucket Truck. Derrick and Forklift experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance of street lighting
- Complete work orders
- Send reports on completed assignments
- Respond to emergency calls regarding maintenance issues
