About The Position

R.J. Corman Railroad Services is a full-service railroad construction, maintenance-of-way and emergency response company with 17 divisions strategically located across the nation. This role involves extensive travel on a rotating schedule for adequate work-life balance, typically 8 days on and 6 days off. The position requires comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physical tasks such as digging and hammering with various tools. Safety is paramount, and employees must practice safe working habits and ensure proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used. Communication with the team and supervisor throughout the job process is essential. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass background, drug screen, and physical capacity test
• Lifting 100 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
• Love working outside!
